Hizkia van Kralingen set up his specialised transport operation from similary named house moving company of his father in 1993; a company that was no longer serving householders and companies but concentrating on the safe moving of art objects and museum collections. Business prospered and within the shortest time 40 company staff and four offices were professionally serving clients. But if qiuckly became clear that the art market was a changing and dynamic one and that the market needs extended beyond the simple transport of art objects to include technical and logistics expertise. Hizkia van Kralingen expanded the service package to include installation and placement activities, packing technology, consulting and the leasing of secure, conditioned storage facilities.
